It has been such a pleasure teaching your child this year! Each child has grown and learned so much is so many ways. Thank you so much for your support at home...it makes a gigantic difference!

Honor's Day was very nice.  It is so important to stop and officially acknowledge students for their hard work, perseverance, and progress!

This week students have been reviewing 3rd grade math concepts and have  learned some 4th grade ones as well...the learning has not stopped.

For the rest of the week:

Thursday

• Share book recommendations for the summer
• Year Book signing (although any book will do, like the art Bare Book or a book we can make in class)
• Class Party on the lower field--thanks to those who have sent in the $3 fee.
• Report Cards go home

Friday

• Clean up and help Ms. McCollum 
• Movie
• Good-byes

This is what we are up to this week...

Math

• review packet that addresses most 3rd grade standards
• math games
• no homework this week

Science--students may choose from a variety of projects that will be completed during class time

Students will complete STAR testing.  Reports will be sent home soon.

Wednesday is Career Day!

Support Evansdale's efforts to raise funds for the Red Cross to benefit victims of the Nepal earthquake.  Your child may dress up for Career Day on Wednesday for $1.00.
